Noise source for industrial fans

[Abstract]:
Large industrial fan is a kind of common industrial machine widely used in industrial plants, logistics and warehousing, waiting rooms, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, commercial supermarkets, etc., as space ventilation and personnel cooling. Large industrial fans can push a large amount of airflow to the ground, forming a certain level of airflow level movement on the ground, which contributes to the overall air circulation. The advantage of this is the full-scale ground cover and the three-dimensional circulation of air. However, in the work of large industrial fans in the factory, noise is bound to occur. Today, Anfu Environmental Technology sums up the reasons why some large industrial fans are noisy.
Wind noise
When a large industrial fan is working, noise is generated due to the periodic pulsation of the blade to the uneven flow of the outlet; on the other hand, due to the uneven distribution of the pressure on the blade itself and the blade, the disturbance of the surrounding gas and parts during the rotation is also It constitutes rotational noise; in addition, due to the turbulent layer, vortex and vortex detachment generated when the gas flows through the blade, pulsation of the blade pressure distribution causes eddy current noise. The noise caused by these three reasons can be comprehensively referred to as "cut wind noise", and the large-scale industrial fan with a large wind volume and wind pressure has a large wind-cut noise.
vibration
It is assumed that the mechanical centroid of the rotor of the large industrial fan rotor is not on the same axis as the inertia center of the rotating shaft, which will cause the rotor to be unbalanced. The closest distance between the physical centroid of the rotor and the inertia center of the rotating shaft is called the eccentricity. The rotor imbalance causes the eccentricity. When the rotor rotates, a force acts on the rotating shaft bracket to generate vibration due to the centrifugal force, and the vibration is transmitted to the machine via the base path. Each part.
Different sound
The wind noise sounds only a simple wind, and the abnormal sound is different. When a large industrial fan is running, in addition to the wind sound, if there are other sounds, it can be judged that the industrial fan has an abnormal sound. The abnormal sound may be caused by foreign matter or deformation in the bearing, as well as improper assembly, or uneven winding of the motor winding, resulting in looseness, which may produce abnormal sound.
